If you're like most real estate agents today, you are trapped in your own business and you may not even know it! Of the hundreds of agents I speak to, a disturbing set of common conditions are evident. Are the following situations familiar to you?

There's not enough of you to go around. If you're selling, you can't be finding new listings, and if you're out finding new listings, you can't be out selling. And, if you sell "a big listing", it means endless hours on paperwork all day long and into the night. Love hate customer relationships
